If you have a question or experience problems with Riot, then the mailing list is the place where you can get help. Please note that you have to join the riotfamily group before you can post a message. Though this is a Google group, you don't have to have a GMail address in order to join, you can use whatever email address you want.
Please search the archives to make sure that your question hasn't already been asked or answered before posting. If you're not familiar with asking for help on a mailing list, this document is a good start.
The official language of the riotfamily group is English, but posts in other languages are welcome if you feel that you can't explain your question well enough in English.
When you ask for help please don't forget to mention which Riot version you are using.
Also note that you're expected to have some knowledge about the Spring Framework – if you don't, this is a good place to get started. Finally, please bear in mind that Riot is not intended to be an out-of-the-box solution for each and every website.
